Arches National Park Entry Reservation Requirement Lifted

Industry Partners,
The Southeast Utah Group of National Parks and Monuments has announced that the timed-entry reservation requirement at Arches National Park is being lifted through 2026.
As an industry, we want to acknowledge and thank our local businesses and partners across the state, especially in Grand County, for their commitment to educating and engaging visitors during the timed-entry pilot program at Arches National Park.
Throughout the pilot, industry partners worked diligently to prepare travelers for their trips to Utah by clearly communicating reservation requirements, encouraging advance planning, and highlighting alternative opportunities to explore the broader region. They also collaborated with state officials and the National Park Service to share on-the-ground insights and lessons learned from the visitor experience through the public feedback process.
This industry leadership demonstrates the value of proactive communication, strong local engagement, and thoughtful partnership in supporting visitor access alongside the long-term success of Utah’s communities and public lands.
